Can these lights be dimmed?

I do not know, I use them for backup lights on my pickup truck for snow plowing..... Work great for that 👍

How many amps do these draw at 12 volts? ampacity matters, this is not a guess

Can’t be more than 15, I have mine wired to a cigarette lighter on my AaTV that’s on a 15A fuse and haven’t had any problems.

I have a 36v electric golf cart. The product works between voltages 9-32. Would the few extra volts damage the lights?

To play it safe I'd wire in a resistor to drop my voltage to be within the posted operational range the manufacturer lists for these lights. It is rather easy to do and you can figure out what resistors to buy mathematically. The information on how to do this is all over the net, so acquiring it is as simple as a quick Google search.

Would these lights work well for scene lighting? I already have front lighting but I want to light up around my vehicle on the trails

I think they would great for that. Soft glow light not spot light.
