So far so good. If you keep your cell phone on you you will get no crackling or disruption of service like some other cheep Bluetooth headphones. They sound great and so far they have excellent battery life. The buds do not attach to the wire from the back, so they don’t sit completely flush when retracted. The folding mechanism is sturdy as is the overall build quality, they feel good to the touch and have a respectable amount of weight to them. They aren’t “light” but they won’t make your head or neck tired from wearing them either. Overall, if mine broke I would instantly buy a new pair. Perfect for my use at work.Update. After 7 months of what I would call moderate to heavy use, the left side broke. The hinge is still intact but the housing around it broke. This is the side with the battery, I’ll most likely end up taping them.I still recommend them. I do have a thick neck and do not think this would happen to most other people.

I used for 2 weeks and I noticed little pieces of black stuff on my neck. I realized the color is coming off and stuck to my neck with little pieces of flakes stuck to my skin. I can't see people like this. I also didn't like the connection to my cellphone will automatically disconnected without me noticed it. I will try to use it and found out it was disconnected it from my cellphone. I missed couple calls because of it. I'm looking for a much better one to buy. I won't recommend this product to anyone.

Great quality

Great sound quality and good noise cancellation however, everytime a call is picked up, volume has to be turned up for the other party to hear, it is as though the volume automatically reduces after use, wierd...

I highly recommend this product since it has high quality speaker and portable microphone. Very convenient to use!

Prompt response to a product failure definitely earns those stars back.Looking forward to lots of use out of the new one] Honestly, I loved this headset until this morning. The battery life and charging time is great, the sound quality (for podcasts and audiobooks at least) is good, and's comfortable for wearing 8 hours straight while at my desk at work. But this morning, I went to put it on and the hard plastic band snapped in half. I've never used it in any rough conditions, and I've only had the headset for 4.5 months. This isn't a product I wanted or expected to need to replace every few months.

I really like this ear phones. They produce great full sound across the audio spectrum. It offers great ambient sound rejection by way of the in ear fittings that are soft but firm enough to remain in your ear comfortably without the irritation that may be experienced with other hard mound fittings. Overall a superb product with very high specs.

Can even hear my music on the Harley! Love it!
