Only had her since yesterday and been real good. Gotten pretty gunky around where the hoses connect to the hook' itself but that could've been from the tad excessive use I like the look and things like the glass base but if you want something real crystal look elsewhere. For the 30 shmackaroos I feel she's pretty worth it.

Everything came dirty it was nasty

Absolutely gorgeous and compliments my room colors and easy to use

Been using this for 2 weeks now and discovered a ton of rust while cleaning everything. Rust in the bell collector where it seals to the glass on the inside. The whole interior is caked with rust. Bad enough that there ended up with rust in the hoses. Now this was my 3rd time cleaning it since I started using this hookah so needless to say I am very disappointed with the stem section. I have already gotten a bigger grommet for the bowl as the one that comes with it is useless. Got lucky the glass part is nice though...
