It comes with everything you need, minus new starter cloth. (which unless you're covering it in fuel every time you go to start it.. you should not really need to replace it often)The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the replacement fuel filters are too large to snugly yet easily fit in the fuel line. I had to shave a little off the filter in order to be able to even start to force it in. Which was no problem since I was sitting at home BUT if I was on the trail...
