Slighly Undersized
Strictly speaking this photo frame, which although well made and attractive in appearance, is actually 30 X 25 cm, which is a few mm less than 12" X 10". So one has to very neatly trim the photo or more difficult still, it's mount, in order to get it to fit inside.
