I wanted to try it since it had good reviews and stars. Let’s see. Give another review in a couple of days.I did try it for a couple of days; it did suppress my appetite a little bit, but I would still get hungry. I just found myself not craving random foods or sugar. As far as a boost for energy, I did not feel it. I was still tired. I would not buy this product again.

This supplement made me hungrier; I would wake up mid nights feeling extremely hungry and I usually don't. It worsened my acid reflex also and I had lasting heartburns. Symptoms improved after stopping on the day 3!
