I have struggled with nasal allergies for decades, along with sinus infections a couple times a year. I heard about this on an ENT's podcast and tried it. My nose has never been this clear, much better than pills. I haven't had a sinus infection for a year and a half since I started using this every day, I only use it once a day and that is enough. It can make food and drinks taste funny immediately after using, but I use it after dinner and avoid that problem.

I would give 1000 star review if I Could this spray has broken My cluster headache cycle and saved me. Not spending money on having to buy Imitrex and Emgality. There is no rebound where my sinuses flare back up. The the first signs of cluster, before any pain, 2 sprays on the cluster side and DONT exhale through nose huge relief hearing clicking in hears like when you yawn. Literally savior from my suicide headaches.

I have some seasonal allergies that can get extremely unpleasant, with constant runny nose, sneezing, etc. After trying a large variety of antihistamine pills and sprays, including steroid sprays like Flonase, I happened onto this spray. It works for me way better than anything else I tried. It's not cheap, but it certainly is effective. I have no idea why it came with a small pack of super-cheap tissues, but who cares about that.

I used to get these awfrul throat gagging allergy attacks. Started using this Astepro!!! I rarely have the problem any more. The attacks were affecting my life and work. I'm a musician and I sing outside gigs and I can't have a gag attack from la grip la grip la post nasal drip into a microphone on stage. So this has been a life and career saver. good stuff!

I have almost year-long issues with allergies. I had a friend of mine recommend Astepro as an allergy solution in combination with an anti-histamine tablet and once I adopted this approach my allergies have be significantly easier to deal with. I want y’all to know that I have tried EVERY allergy med OTC imaginable. Nasal sprays and pills. You name it, I’ve tried it! Allegra? Zyrtec? Claritin? Flonase? Nasacort? Xyzal? Every single one has failed to make me feel any relief! The only stuff that works, is Benadryl, and prescription steroids, but obviously I don’t have the money to go to a specialist all the time and get the stuff… But Astepro? Astepro is my GOAT!!! The GOAT of all allergy meds. Benadryl is a close second, but it makes me more drowsy than Astepro! The first prescription strength stuff that became OTC. Like how is this stuff OTC?? it’s so effective and powerful!! The allergy relief you get from this is IMMACULATE…UNMATCHED!! Especially if you do a sinus rinse before you use this stuff, this stuff works literally instantly!!! Every allergy symptom I have is just wiped clean, banned from existence, just gone!!!! I could be sneezing all day long…the worst itchy, runny nose imaginable that makes work so much worse, but my GOAT Astepro gets rid of it INSTANTLY!! I use this stuff during the day and night! Sure, it makes me drowsy, and the taste is gross if it goes down your throat, but it beats sneezing, dripping of snot and blowing my nose ALL DAY ANY DAY!! No joke I’m a lifetime customer until I’m lowered into my grave!!

Which works better than any nasal spray I’ve ever tried and it does NOT give me any kind of pain by my eye or burning in my nasal passage like every other effective product I have ever tried. I found healthy nasal flushes that only moisturize, but don’t prevent congestion. I found very effective decongestant that caused me hideous side effects that are so extreme. I don’t want to use the product at all. This is the first time I’ve ever had something extremely effective. It didn’t cause me pain and agony. THANK YOU!!!! And it’s more cost-effective than the price tag would have you allow it really does last weeks and weeks for $40. I’m thrilled.

I used to snore at night. I started using Astepro at bedtime and now I breath clearly all night. It will sting a bit the first few times you use it, but gets less over the first 3 or 4 times. I use two sprays in each nostril, alternating sides for each spray. One spray with the nozzle inserted deep, and one barely inserted. I hold the opposite side closed and inhale while spraying. The only downside is it's a bit pricey, but one bottle lasts almost a month.
