I have a diagnosis of vestibular migraine. I've been taking this supplement for less than a month so far. Plus Magnesium, B2 and B12.I have shown it to my doctors and they said I could take it under my own risk-responsibility. Well, my vertigo is not gone yet but my tinnitus was absolutely gone after three days of taking this supplement. It also somehow alleviated my ears pressure. My skin looks much better and I'm thinking maybe because some of the components help with the feminine hormones?? I can't tell. Up till now I have had zero side effects. If I notice changes in days to come I'll edit my review. For me, the Vertigo Relief is OK and I'll keep on taking it as much as needed.

Again, more snake oil and wishing something would work. There really should be a law about these phony OTC meds that claim results, when they are really just capsules stuffed with veggie powder and who knows what else. Bottom line it doesn't work. Suffer from bouts of vertigo and dizziness. Bought into the BS reviews and spent the $23 on a bottle. Taking three to four a day and nothing. Still dizzy as much as ever. Basically useless except for wasting your money. Take the $$ you would spend on this and use it towards you co-pay with an Ear, nose, and throat MD.

Ingredients nothing special but it worked can't say anything better
