DO NOT BUY
DO NOT buy this POS laptop. I got it for school because my old laptop was breaking apart, though it still functioned well. Well the computer that’s breaking apart functions better than this one. It was good for a couple of months, then I all of a sudden started having issues with the caps lock turning on while I’m typing though it wasn’t hit, and when you try to hit the button to fix it, it doesn’t work. Then I’ll be trying to do work, and it will freeze up. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. I’m currently looking to see if I have a warranty to return it. I’ve only had it since Feb and have had issues since April.

Good product, but no mouse as promised
So far the product is great. I love the colour, how light weight it is and the specs are appropriate for the type of work I do. However, the mouse in the description was not included in the package, so I am disappointed by that and the seller promised to re-imburse me a small amount so that I could buy one but I am yet to receive the reimbursement.

HP laptop. Great product. Great price.
If you’re over 80, don’t buy it. Lol. I’m still trying to figure out how it works. Used computer for 45 years and now I can’t remember how to set it up!! 🤬But…it’s a lovely product, great price and it will not defeat me. Next review I post on this item, I will be mousing away😜😊
