A postpartum must have!
100% recommend these over the mesh undies you get in the hospital for postpartum. I used them when my water had been broke/leaking and after having baby and didn’t have to worry about leaks. I was worried they may be snug but they were perfect size.

Great for hysterectomy recovery!
These were recommended to me for after my hysterectomy. I didn’t realize they would be such a great asset. They are light weight and very stretchy (so they didn’t add pressure to my belly or incisions). Not having to fidget with a pad and underwear (especially at night) was so convenient! They fit great, the design is perfect, and they are very well made!

These are nice and soft great fit . Only thing i disliked was that they said fragrance free yet had a very strong odor to them .that is why I gave them a 4 star.

Sizing is WAY off, these run small
These are very soft, they feel comfortable against the skin, & the sides are VERY secure. The inner design mirrors other Always incontinence briefs, with slightly elasticized, raised areas to help contain things even more.However, sizing is WAY off, even compared to other Always incontinence products. Trying to make something TRULY fit sizes 20-26 is a stretch anyway, & these fell short by a LOT. There could be variations depending upon build, of course, but for anyone who tends to carry their weight in their stomach/thighs/rear, I would say these fit a 20-22 comfortably, & a size 24 MAYBE. They did NOT work for a size 26.
