A luminária é muito bonita e bem construída, não dá para parar de olhar pra ela. Porém com 3 dias de uso a lâmpada queimou, não tinha como trocar a lâmpada sem trocar a luminária inteira… tive que gastar mais 80 reais (6 lâmpadas) e esperar mais duas semanas para conseguir pôr pra funcionar novamente

Veio com mal contato e lâmpada queimada. Frustrada!!

I got a lava lamp for a friend of mine that loved mine.. Hers arrived and when turned on It was so cloudy you couldn't enjoy its "burrbols". So went to the return department ordered another one asked for a replacement not a refund. The next day the lamp was there. It was tipped on it's side and was nervous it might be in the same shape and being cloudy again Much to our delight the lamp was perfect and so pretty. So I have to give it a 5 rating,due to how Amazon quickly handled the service and the replacement. I did not give a bad rating because we all know packages are not always handled gently. and tossed around, sort of like your luggage when your at the airport and you recognize your luggage and feel a relief cause the you know it made it,in one piece only to watch the handlers play catch with your luggage! So 5 star rating because the service agents handled it quickly and I had my return labels and she had her new lava light and its crisp and not a touch of blurry. thank you

Cloudy lamps are not the product of factory issues (usually) - it’s caused by heating and jostling in the shipping process. Mine arrived cloudy twice. You can continue to play Amazon Roulette with returns or rebuys or buy yourself a sawyer mini filter and some distilled water. The filter will clarify the water without damaging the surfactant and the distilled water can top up what got lost in the filtration process (DO NOT FILL ABOVE WHERE THE CAP COVERS. Lamps need room for the liquids inside to expand slightly with heat). Lava brand lamps are good and I love them. I have many and plan to have more. I enjoy modifying them. The liquids can be dyed with Jacquard dyes (powders) and the wax can be dyed with what you’d use for candles. You just are likely to get a cloudy lamp ordering through amazon. That’s ok, just do a tune-up after it arrives and it’ll be good as new. I did steal the chrome base for another lamp and swapped for an iridescent black one. Both the globe and base are very pretty colors
