This is part of the Not Your Mother's Curl Talk line. While I really like the entire line, I use this the least. It does leave well defined curls and does not feel sticky however, it seems to make my fine hair look almost wet even with the small amount I use. I did not take a star away for this because overall I feel it is a good product and I like that it leaves my curls well defined.

I have 3a hair and I would say for the money this is really not a bad gel. It holds and is somewhat moisturizing. I have an inconsistent curl pattern that is course as you can see in the photo. I do use a lot of it so if your hair is not as course you can use less. It firms a “cast” if you like that, if you don’t want the cast, use less. For a little extra frizz control I added a few drops of anti frizz serum before I ran it through my hair.

I just put a little on after washing my hair. It gives body to my naturally curly hair.

I like it when I used it with my normal products it didn’t work as well as it does by itself. It might be one of the other products that I use, but it weighed down my hair more than usual unless I just used this gel by itself without anything else.

This is a good product but I was disappointed when I realized there was a huge crack in the side so I'm going to have to find something else to put it in because it will leak out.
