Great product without added sugar. A bit slow to disolve and you can't seal shut the container as the gas generates pressure, so it's not as practical to take along with you. Taste is nice

This has the same balance of electrolytes as Nuun Sport, but is much more affordable. The lime flavor is pleasant, too. I do wish they had more flavors in this same formulation.

The electrolytes might be ok, but the flavor is terrible. Tried using less water so it would help, but that didn’t work either. If you’re ok with choking it down for the hydration aspect at a low price go for it, otherwise spend the extra money and get something that taste decent

These fizzy electrolyte tablets are decent, but didn’t quite meet my expectations. The taste isn’t bad—just very mild. That could actually be a plus for people who prefer a subtle flavor, especially during activities like hiking or running where strong tastes can get old fast. Where they really fell short for me was the carbonation. Even after experimenting with using up to double the recommended amount, the fizz remained barely noticeable. If you’re hoping for a sparkling, refreshing drink, this likely won’t deliver. That said, they are undeniably convenient. The compact cylindrical container makes them easy to carry and keep on hand anywhere. Overall, they’re functional and portable, but not something I’d personally purchase again

I'm on a keto diet so I use this twice a day and it works great! Just pop a tab in glass with 8-10 oz water, great subtle flavor, no sugar! Absolutely LOVE the packaging! No messing with pouches or scoops! One sleeve has 10 tablets, so just plop it in my bag and I go about my day, not worrying the pouch will tear or open (has happened with other sticks!). Simple. Love it. Can't wait until they have other flavors, but I'll keep drinking this one indefinitely.

It's hard to say what the purpose of these "fizzy" tabs might be. They dissolve with a fizz, in about 4 or 5 minutes, but then the fizz is gone. The flavor is very weak, just a bit stronger than that of the canned sparkling waters available today. I get better results (with a slight natural effervescence) by diluting Walmart "juice cocnktail" drink with tap water, 1 to 4.
