The camrea has WiFi, will it link to a computer to upload photos to something like flikr?

In order to link you need to run the fujifilm app if you can aquire this on your computer you (might be able to link.) I haven't tried myself but the app works great on the phone.

does it come with a battery and sd card ?

I bought in 2018. As I recall it came with a battery but no SD card. At the same time I bought an SD Card and 2 additional batteries and a battery charger. When I travel, I pre-charge all three batteries and take the charger with me.

Does camera come with neck strap or ability to add one?

The camera comes with a wrist strap. There is only one attachment point for a strap.

Do you like this item?

Overall, I like the item. It's great for vacation underwater pics and movies. My only 2 complaints are that the options are not that easy to navigate through, and that I initially had a difficult time getting the pictures off of my camera and onto my computer (and I am a computer professional! Once you get some hands on, it's a good, durable way to take pictures in and out of the water.
