I’ve recently started taking semaglutides which has made me unable to eat anything at all. This is obviously a problem so I need something to give me nutrition in the meantime. I read the reviews for this meal replacement shake and was skeptical but willing to take the chance given the price compared to similar products. This product does not disappoint. I prefer my shakes on the looser end so I threw 16oz of water in my helimix bottle, gave it a few shakes and it was perfectly blended. There is no chalky taste, I felt full and energized after drinking it and I actually look forward to drinking them which I can’t say for anything I’ve tried in the past. Great ingredients, good quality, large amount for the price.

Great taste!! Helps make you feel full between meals

This is my first time using this protein powder brand and I have to say I do like that it has the added probiotics. The powder texture is very lightweight and isn’t chalky; the size of the container is definitely worth the price. I will say I was hoping for more of a pistachio flavor with the Dubai chocolate, but it is very good. It is more of a light pistachio aftertaste. Great for added protein and makes me feel full after having a shake with skim milk. Great for meal replacement or for supplemental protein between meals. The prebiotics definitely support gut health and I noticed it helps with supporting digestion and regularity with going to the bathroom. Will definitely order this again!

I have never come across a protein powder that tastes good. I got the vanilla and blended with milk, blueberries or strawberries and it’s so fulfilling and good.

Have been taking this product for months. Sometimes out of stock so maybe buy two after you try it and are sure you like it. Flavor is great, which isn't typical of this product type. As a welcome side effect I have even lost weight since starting TrueFit. This also does not give you bubble guts, and most products of this type do.

I was “influenced” to buy this and I am impressed with the clean ingredients and how easy it is on the stomach. I have used many different brand of protein powder and I also like that it does not contain xylitol, which is so bad for your heart, but the taste 😭. It is very earthy tasting and even when I mix it with fruit, the flavor is so overpowering, I can’t even taste the fruit.

This protein powder is INCREDIBLE!!!! I’m very weird about textures and flavors and I bought the vanilla one after watching my favorite fitness influencer Shay and omg I was not disappointed!! It is pretty thin, no clumps and the consistency is out of this world! The texture is super smooth in a protein shake and not gritty or chalky what so ever! The taste is soooo good too. I have ibs so it’s been really hard to find a protein shake that agrees with my tummy but this one hits it out of the park! Tastes great, mixes very well in anything and isn’t harsh on my stomach!! I was very skeptical but I’ve been mixing it with coconut milk/ almond milk in the mornings and I’ve been mixing it in my Greek yogurt and sugar free cool whip for the extra kick of protein! 12/10 highly recommend this protein
