Bottle Lid sucks!
Actual product is amazing but all the lids are complete trash. The bottle will ALWAYS LEAK!!!!!!

GYM pump
The only product that works for a great pump at the gym .

Not worth the price.
I first used this product as an addition to my pre workout to boost my pump, but it did nothing. So then I used "Liquid Pump" by itself and also didnt do as much as I hoped. The lid is not great. It says to use the lid as a measuring tool, but if you do make sure its completely clean otherwise you'll have a slight spill or it will be slowly leak out from the top. For the price, I dont recommend it. I got the blue raspberry flavor, tolerable. Its like drinking a liquid sweetener.
