Better than OEM, but don't stay on...
They provide a better range of noise-canceling because they fit well in the ear. However, after use, they slip off the earbuds, since they don't click on, like the originals. I have had to go to the ER to have them little pieces pulled OUT of my ears!

Better than what my headphones came with.
When I run out of these, if my headphones still work, I'm re-ordering these. They're way more comfortable than the stock eartips, and they block outside noise better, too.
