Great supplement! I have tried different Saffron supplements and I keep coming back to this one. My moods are great and I also take the saffron for my eyes . Saffron is good for dry macular degeneration.

I take these to help with my hot flashes, and they have honestly been life-changing. I used to have to carry a little fan with me everywhere because I was so miserable.I read a study that suggested saffron extract could help with perimenopause and menopause symptoms, so I decided to give them a try. I literally never need my fan anymore. I still get a few hot flashes some nights, but they only last a couple of minutes, and then I’m back to normal. I’d say I have about 90% fewer hot flashes now.I really hope other women read this review and give them a try because hot flashes are such a miserable way to live every day. Nothing else seemed to help me, but these have made such a huge difference.

I take a few vitamins that all help a lot in conjunction, specifically for hormonal mood stability (ie PMDD alleviation). Unsure how each one is specifically on their own, but this taken together with Chasteberry (ie Vitex) and B12 has changed my life.

Purchased because the low price, i was taking a different brand before, of[saffron] this was a very ineffective strain for me.This may work for you, it does not for me, nonetheless, i received product fast! And it was a good price!Saffron when ultilized properly, will help as a mood and or antidepressant like effect, It may completely replace your standard precribed antidepressant , amd give you long term natural energy.
