I am thrilled that I got one for myself. MS Surface Pro 7 is the real deal. Great functionality, good battery life and the tablet quality is massive. I am highly impressed and would recommend this brand anytime.

Bought it to replace one I had. Works just like my old one

Failed in 4 months very little use. This was second one I purchased from this company. Fort one failed within a week of my receiving it. Overall design flaw of device which I was not aware of. Battery discharges very fast!! Gets blistering hot if use while plugged in. I only use it to do digital jigsaw puzzles in the evenings and used two times to stitch out a long arm design onto a quilt. I purchased this in December 23. Had stroke late February. Did not try to use this again until June!! Company refused to make this right. Said I was past return window in mid march. I last used this before my stoke in late February 2024. I had know Idea this device failed until I tried to use it in June 2024 and would not turn on! If I had known it failed at time of my stroke in February 24, I could have returned it. Since it was sitting on my desk from Stroke time to June, I did not know it had failed during my stroke recovery period.the company refuses to replace this device!! Obviously this device failed within the return window. I just had no knowledge it had failed until I tried to use the device in June2024 after I made some recovery from the stroke! I tried to do an A to Z guarantee through Amazon twice and no help!!

Quality was like new

So I was not sure what would be getting, judging by reviews. However, I was very impressed with the condition of my surface. There are no scratches, battery life is still very good, not bulging from battery swelling. Money well spent, and it is a fantastic machine. The only issue I am having is the upgrade to Windows 11 keeps failing, but as far I can tell it's not because of faulty components. Seems a very common issue. So for that I still 5 stars.

This is my second surface pro 6. I love the extra ram and ssd space. Love the black color. It works perfectly. No dead pixels, it's like brand new. For the price, I was totally expecting scratches, dead pixels or something however it's perfect. I got the free upgrade from windows 10 to 11 no problem. Download and installation took a little time but was seamless.This is my favorite 'laptop' as a web dev and designer. I use most of my programs on cloud type scenarios. I have tested Adobe Premiere Rush for video editing and it handles the processing fine.NO complaints!

This is a refurbished MS Surface. Bought it for using in the kitchen looking up and displaying recipes instead of printing them out. Works just as I had hoped.

Really love it. Been looking at these for a while, renewed price was right, took the plunge. Really exceeded my expectations. Bought a pen and keyboard to go with it. Keyboard / cover is a necessity for me. The pen, unnecessary. Power lasts all day for me and even though it came with Windows 10 Pro, I was able to immediately update to Windows 11 Pro. If my primary usage was as a tablet, I would revert to Windows 10. Windows 11 table mode not ready for prime time.
