A gamechanger for the X-M5
This handgrip significantly improves the handling of the Fujifilm X-M5, making it an almost essential purchase for users of the camera. It is lightweight but well constructed and fits the camera perfectly. It doesn't significantly increase the camera's footprint helping it stay compact. The built-in quick release plate is a nice design feature and the hot shoe cover is an added bonus.

comfortable
The Grip does add significant grip to the small body of x-m5 and generally I feel more safe putting my camera on surfaces now. The grip also has several screw holds to mount it, and one does fix the X-M5's issue of mount not being sensor centred. The Grip has dedicated batter/card hole, so you can still access it without removing. The downsides are minor. It does add some weight to the camera, and does not fit some of my mounts and is not a full cage for attachments. But of just everyday use, it does its job. 5/5 would buy again
