A bit sandy but solid/clean creatine
Solid creatine. Harder to dissolve than other flavored Ghost products that include creatine though. Pretty flavorless, mostly adds a bit of a sandy texture.

Works exactly as described
I have to work out after drinking creatine otherwise I get super bloated(sweating doesn’t do anything I have to work out); creatine does not work if you don’t work out

Been taking creatine for about 2 years straight now, usually toss 5 grams in with my protein shake. Ghost creatine in my opinion mixes the best, it’s a very fine powder and not gritty like some other ones. Will buy again!
