It holds my Trangia, water, and pour over easily, but it would hold something heavier with ease. The height is just right if I'm sitting on the ground or on a small camp stool. The paint wipes clean easily. It's not super lightweight but for a day hike or even and overnight trip, this is great.

Easy and incredibly quick to set up, solid table, super easy to fold and stow. I had previously bought a different folding table with many aluminum slats to use when motorcycle camping, but it took 10 minutes to get set up and take down, so I would never use it except when in camp for the evening. This table is nearly instantaneous to set up or fold, and fits in a smaller volume, and is just as sturdy. I’m extremely happy with this table!
