Received the computer, it is a beast. It came packed very well with foam inserts to help hold all of the internals in place. I powered it up and installed what I thought was my most demanding game, set all of the settings to the max and played. It was glorious. Frame rates were high and there was never any issues with screen lag. Games are running perfectly. It is beautiful, quiet, powerful, built well, and a great deal for the price I paid.

Good computer with lots of power for the price. Have not pushed it yet, but plays and runs well. Very impressed with quality.

An incredible product, with terrible quality control. Avoid Skytech unless you're prepared to benchmark and check specs, and go through the replacement process. (Which you should always do, but I know plenty do not.) I was floored with the quality of the case, peripherals, and monster of a graphics card - but what I wasn't prepared for was for the RAM and SSD to be less than expected. (64 GB DDR5 RAM/4TB SSD ordered, 32 GB RAM/2TB SSD delivered.) Luckily, amazon support had me covered and returned enough to replace the parts. It's a testament to how incredible amazon is as a platform - but I can't let this error slide for another consumer to stumble into. I'm beyond thrilled with the rig and its construction, and I'll be keeping it and raving about it. The case, either in-house or rebranded, is incredibly high quality. Magnetic and slide-out fan filters for easy cleaning, temperature displays, and plenty of RGB goodness. But frankly, in my own experience and especially with other reviews I've seen, their quality control is less than desirable. Stick with the name brands you trust or build your own. You might not come out of this as well as I did. Expect to find missing or incomplete parts if you order from this company. Once is one thing. Twice? Ridiculous.

Happy with performace my pc shuts down. I been still trying to find out what is causing it. I tried checking for overheating-termal paste is good, temp around 60, no loose connections, updating, chaging settings. I am at a loss right now.

Been building computers since '97, so a bit of experience. I bought this beauty simply because i don't have the time to do the research and choose all the parts at the moment. I picked this one specifically due to price and CPU/GPU combo, i would have preferred the light version but it wasn't available. First thing to know this thing is beautiful and HUGE. It's about 2x the width of my Alienware R12's that the kids have. It came very professionally packaged, lots of space filling and foam ribs inside to hold the video card etc. in place for shipping. There was also an adequate amount of foam between computer and box. The box was dusty but undamaged. All the glass came with plastic protectant on it. I checked it over prior to firing it up, no loose cables, all in all very solid. I thought heard something was rattling around inside when i removed it from the box, but i couldn't find anything so whatever it was either came out or got stuck. Doesn't really matter, it won't be moving again. It has a filters on the top and bottom and something like 9 huge fans. Super quiet, I can't hear anything at all. I haven't put it under load on any games yet, I'll update in a week or so. It started up on the first try, 0 issues. I had to wait for windows to update, that's to be expected on any new computer. After that straight to windows login, and i was off and running. It did take ~5 mins before windows updated my normal desktop from the cloud, but that's a windows issue, nothing to do with Skytech. I want to emphasize, there were NO ISSUES, i didn't have to mess with the BIOS, settings, nothing. Just press the power button and off we went. Update - Starting day 2 i experienced crashes and reboots, ended up finding problems with the windows image, and problems with disk sectors. I was able to repair all those, the crashes persisted, so I ran MEMTEST86, and it determined I had a bad ram stick. Returned the RAM to Skytech and currently waiting on them to verify the issue and replace the RAM.
