USDA Organic Black Seed Oil Liquid 1000mg per Serving (4 Fl Oz)

Taste is disgusting, however, if you put it in a smoothie, you cannot taste anything. You only need a couple drops. Makes you stay full for a long time.

USDA Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil Liquid is an absolute game changer for anyone interested in natural wellness. From the first bottle, I was impressed by the rich, dark golden color and the pure, earthy aroma that signals its freshness and high quality. The fact that it is cold-pressed and USDA certified organic gives me complete confidence that I am getting a premium, unadulterated product that truly delivers the benefits of Nigella Sativa. I have been taking this oil daily and have noticed subtle but powerful improvements in my overall health. It supports digestion, helps with occasional inflammation, and gives a natural boost to my energy and well-being. I also use it topically, and it feels nourishing on my skin, leaving it soft and hydrated without any greasy residue. The liquid is smooth, easy to pour, and can be added to smoothies, salads, or simply taken by the spoonful for maximum benefit. The flavor is robust and slightly peppery, which confirms its potency and authenticity. I appreciate that it is packaged in a full 8-ounce bottle, making it convenient and long-lasting for daily use. The quality is consistent and it feels like every drop is packed with nutrients and wellness support. Overall, this Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil Liquid is a premium, versatile, and highly effective supplement. It supports health from the inside out, feels authentic and pure, and is easy to incorporate into any routine. Whether you are looking for digestive support, immune enhancement, or natural skin care, this oil delivers exceptional results. I will definitely be reordering and recommending it to anyone serious about holistic wellness.

Purchased this more than two years ago for widespread pain. The taste was horrible so I quit taking it after a couple of doses. Recently, I was talking with an Ayurveda practitioner about some weird nerve sensations in my feet. She told me to rub oil on my body -organic, cold pressed. (Mentioned sesame oil, but said any would work) She said it calms the nerves. This Black Cumin Seed oil is what I had on hand. After just 24 hours I saw a dramatic improvement in the sensations as well as other pain in my feet and legs. I'm using about a tablespoon every night for my whole body. Pain is much better, skin is glowing - even using on my face, and the nerve issues are at least 90% resolved and I'm only 1 week of using it.

I give it 4 stars because I have not been taking it too long but I do appreciate that in just the few short weeks that I have been taking the black seed oil, it has been good for my digestion, my energy levels have improved, it has been very effective on my skin, feels softer and not so dry. I have had no side effects as of now. The value is very good for the price I paid. I would definitely buy this specific black seed oil again. Thank you so much.

Nice pain relief. Taste is unique but not unbearable. I take a teaspoon AM and another PM. It is helping.

My husband bought this post knee surgery. He says it seems to help a bit with the inflammation. He put it on his knee one evening and joined me on the deck for a libation. Within a few minutes, the biting flies soon arrived to partake of their nightly blood meal, but they were only attacking me. Those biting flies wanted nothing to do with my hubs because he had put the black cumin seed oil on his knee. The flies wouldn't go anywhere near him. I left to slather myself with black cumin seed oil. Upon my return outside, the flies wouldn't come near me. You don't need to slather yourself because just a bit of the peppery smell keeps the biting flies and mosquitoes at bay. I love this stuff, truly. Stop buying that toxic bug spray and put a bit of this on.

The oil seemed fine but the plastic flip top lid is terrible. First, the lid always leaves a big drip going down the side. Second, closing the flip top lid squirts the oil left on top all around. Third, the lid doesn't seem to screw on securely as there was always an oil ring on the counter regardless of how well I wiped the drip off the lid. And to prove it, this month's delivery box had a big oil stain soaked through the bottom.

Love this stuff! (Doesn’t taste terrific lol but it’s not as bad as black licorice.) taste it leaves behind on the tongue goes away fairly quickly after beverage or meal. I feel the benefits outweigh that little flavor hiccup.

Muy bien producto

Works extremely well

Se absorbe rápido. Hay que ponerlo con cuidado en la mano pues es muy fluido. Quita dolor de la articulación.

Llego bien. Ligeramente aplastado el frasco, pero como es plástico, todo bien. Aun no lo he abierto y usado.

I usually like to take supplements in their natural form when possible but next time I would order the capsules rather than the liquid. The suggested dose is half tsp twice a day with food which generally isn't possible for me unless I can take the capsule with me when I leave for work. So the liquid isn't convenient and the taste is pretty intense as well. I haven't been taking it long enough consistently to feel a difference but I'm sure my body is getting the health benefits and this seems like a good quality product I feel good about taking
