No sugar and no bitterness.

No added sugar and not bitter.Montezuma do other appealing chocolate but this is most appealing to sugar dodging diabetics. Still has some carbohydrate though, maybe polyphenols too.

Delicious Chocolate

This chocolate does not have the sweet cloying taste/texture of the normal choc bar. The absence of sugar means that it has a bitter flavour that I like but which may not appeal to some.

Great quality chocolate

Chocolate is great- the only 100% dark chocolate I've found online. The chocolate tastes very strong so some may find it bitter but you get used to it and enjoy the flavour. The sellers gave a extra complimentary bar which was nice, and box was was well packaged. Only problem was delivery took quite a bit longer than expected.
