sturdy enough, reasonable assembly, good price
After reading some reviews I was pleased to assemble this in about an hour. Instructions were not great, but better than many similar products I've assembled lately. Here's where I think some people have troubles:It's true the feet get screwed in to the base board and have no predrilled holes. But predrilled holes aren't needed and alignment is easy. The problem may be that if you use a regular manual screwdriver it could take awhile to get 12 little screws put in. But if you use any kind of electric screwdriver, as I always do, then it will take a couple minutes and they're all in. Another potential issue is the small print of the instructions and the parts list. I strained and read it just fine. Unlike what I read in some reviews, the parts are all marked. It's faint and in red but look for the letters on the unfinished edges and you'll be fine. Finally, the screws are not marked but they're in individual bags. I suggest before you start that you count the number of screws in each bag, look at the parts list to see which number screw it has to be, and write it on the bag yourself. With that all parts and hardware are marked and you can follow the directions, carefully watching alignment as always, and it will be straightforward. Once you finish it seems quite sturdy and even though the moving parts are plastic, it doesn't seem like they can practically have enough room to flex or break, so I think it will last a long time. Finally, it's tall, thin, and heavy so you need to attach it to a wall so that little kids don't pull it down on themselves.

Not durable enough
Over time one of the hinges started coming apart. I had to replace an entire bolt with a stronger one, but I screwed it in slightly off so now my cabinet's top door catches shortly on the bottom door when it opens. Also larger shoes will not fit inside unless you put them diagonally. However other than that I like the product very much. It's space efficient in my small doorway, looks nice, and you can put decorations on top.

Didn’t have all the hardware and not easy to assemble
I actually really like the way this shoe cabinet looks and I do like it has four legs where as the ikea version does not, but it’s still not safe without mounts if you have kids. But really the issue that made me give a bad review is that it was a huge pain to put together, the screw holes/holes for the hardware to be inserted were all kinds of wrong and we were so happy to be at the end of putting it together when we realize we did not receive all the hardware, we were missing a set of door hinges...but only one set...had all the other hardware. And we tore the box apart looking for it but it wasn’t there. Customer service was kind and speedy with response which stated sorry but we can’t send you anymore hardware. Contact Amazon for a refund which they did give me but states they couldn’t send me a new cabinet only could provide a refund. So now I have an almost put together shoe cabinet in my entryway that I have to figure out how to dispose of. Or try to find other set of hardware to finish it. I wish I would’ve gone with IKEA. This was not worth all this hassle. And like i said it’s actually a very good looking cabinet I just wish I could use it.

It looks great! I put 16 pairs of shoes in there, my shoe size is 6.5 and I need to buy another one …)

Take safety precautions. Cheap fixtures that fail
The cabinet is fairly easy to assemble and looks great once out together. I didn’t leave 5 stars for the following reasons: the black plastic dowels used to stop the drawers opening and closing too far are rubbish. Our toddler slammed the drawer and they snapped. We had to replace with screws. It is easy to slam the drawers due to gravity, so I can’t blame the toddler. Secondly, if you have a shoe size larger than an 8 for women or maybe a 9 for men, your shoes will have to go in sideways at an angle as the drawers are not deep enough. Thirdly, if you have both drawers open together, the unit will fall over unless secured to the wall. Safety ties are not provided. We learned this the hard way when our toddler was trying to helpful by putting our shoes away and it fell on him. Thankfully he was not hurt, just got a fright, but it could have been a lot worse. All that said, I still like the cabinet and it is good value for money.UPDATE: I have removed another star. The hinge in the top drawer will not stay secured meaning that the drawer hangs low on one side and hits the lower drawer making it difficult to open and close. We are moving house in May and I think this cabinet will end up on the curb. Very sad as the aesthetic is good, but it is not built to last with cheap fixtures.

Love it
This has really improved my shoe area, it looks so sleek. I only use it for my shoes (size 6 women’s) as it won’t fit my husbands shoes. But it’s great for kids or women’s shoes a for a neat and tidy area. I put it together on my own and was able to get it done

Broke after a few months of usage.
I was really excited for this product to store my shoes however I did find some issues with it. It broke after about two months of using it and I was unable to repair it. Also don't expect to store heels in it because they don't fit properly. It looks nice though and wasn't super hard to put together.

Looks great & we love it!
I almost didn’t get it because reviews talked about the legs not having predrilled holes. Glad I got it anyway! There are little indents where the leg screws should go and I missed them at first and hand screwed in a leg (thinking reviews were totally right) before realizing and easily redid it with just the screwdriver. Built it alone with a toddler running around, so it’s not that bad. It’s like normal flat packed furniture. Women’s 8, toddler shoes (slide a little) and men’s 8 fit fine inside without issue. Definitely recommend!

Bad quality. Expensive price.
I am so disappointed in this product. It like a toy. This one was charged $258 after tax but it's quality is very bad. It just contains some slippers or kid shoes, can not use it for boots even a short one.
