**Q: few of packages broke open. how do i get a replacemnt?**
A: You can probably call the customer service line and they will be able to help you and maybe even send you a new bunch of mints.

**Q: Why are all  packages are opened and loose candy and dust is everywhere? I want a refund**
A: Poor packing before mailing.  Return to your Kohls

**Q: Why are the items packed together in bag? Speriment broke open and now all taste have the same taste.**
A: Mine were packed together but individually sealed and all had their own unique flavor.  I have never experienced this problem.

**Q: Is this gum or hard candy?**
A: Hard candy. They do sell gum but this is like a confection sugar candy. Delicious and worth the money!
