This is an affordable deep conditioner that effectively protects my hair color while bringing much needed moisture back into my hair. It is intense, as the name states, so if you have oily hair I would only use it sparingly. Directions state to leave on 10 minutes or longer to achieve a deep conditioning treatment. This works wonders!
