As I mentioned ( not heated at all ) means will not cross 40 degree in any circumstances. and 28 - 39 Degree is vary from summer to winter and the place where you are using it. if you are using it in extreme sunlight it will touch 38. I am giving one star less not because the phone has any problem but i need to know why the screen protector they mentioned is not included at all , or i really want to be mistaken it ,also if it is already comes applied then tell me, also it is not refundable , so be careful before you make moves, also i brought the 12 gb ram and 256 gb storage phone , so i am happy . It looks cool and has many features i have been dying to have in my phone such as cloning and gesture moving actions.I have seached a lot before making any action as around 20k , you can find only this or some motorola or iqoo, so i chooose this .Camera is good or i say perfect ,i also downloaded games like ff or pubg or cod or car games as you know , and it runs smooth as expected , also it provides extra gb for games if you want ,i think there is a lot think but i love the phone i got but little , only little sad about the protector , it is not like really want it but i really want everything they claim for this price with phone. i hope the seller reads this and if not so what i can't complain because i cannot call as an introvert to services for an answer , and they i think stopped the messaging feature that i liked a lot though , so i think if you really want phone around 20k with 12gb then this is must , but see if you like the design of iqoo or motorola , but in features this phone is best i could think of .

This is by far the most frustrating and unacceptable shopping experience I have ever faced on Amazon. I ordered the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G expecting a brand-new, quality product, but instead I received a defective phone with a visible black dot on the screen right out of the box. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and shows a complete lack of quality control. What is even worse is the irresponsible and careless behavior from both Realme and Amazon. The Realme service center is trying to shift the burden onto me by asking me to submit the phone, obtain an ADP certificate, and then coordinate with Amazon myself. Why should a customer go through such a complicated and time-consuming process for a faulty product received on day one? On the other hand, Amazon’s response is even more disappointing. They are denying replacement by falsely claiming that the return/replacement window is closed, while my app clearly shows that the window is still open. This is misleading, unfair, and completely unacceptable. I am now stuck between the brand and the platform, with no resolution, no accountability, and no support, despite paying full price for a new device. This is not just poor service—it feels like complete negligence towards customers. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through consumer forums and social media platforms. I expect Amazon to take responsibility and arrange a proper replacement or refund without any more delays. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Amazon.
