Great quick kosher meals!
If I could make a commercial for them I would. As a single kosher woman, working too many hours, with little time to prepare meals, and living in an area without kosher markets, these were one amazing solution. They’re delicious. I was amazed at how filling they were. There is variety. And they taste good!

These meals are great quality for a shelf stable product.
I am an US ARMY veteran and a fan of military MREs (meals ready to eat). I love to collect and taste meals of the armed forces of different countries. Most of these meals are shelf stable and can be eaten right of the pouch or heated using a chemical heating element. I am always on the lookout for new meals that can be eaten while outdoors, traveling, or in an emergency.I discovered KJ Poultry meals while browsing and ordered the 10 pack to try the different meals and because it lowered the cost per meal significantly. It took me a couple of weeks to eat them all but here are some pictures and my overall review which is positive.Positives:-First thing is the ingredient list. There are no strange preservatives or additives in these meals. All ingredients listed are recognizable.-Great flavor and low sodium for a shelf stable meal. Most shelf stable meals have a ton of sodium, these meals are flavorful without the excess salt.-Sauces, sides, stocks, and proteins have a 'fresher' taste than the standard US ARMY MRE. Plus many of the meals include actual vegetables/grains like carrots, peppers, cabbage, chickpeas, quinoa.-I was not familiar with Kosher standards but after looking into it a bit learned that it has the highest standards on sanitation when processing food.Negatives:-Some meals had a similar flavor profile all across. This happens when you produce different meals in the same facility.-Beef Pepper steak and Chicken chow mein's rice had to be stired in the center after the 3 minutes heating time to ensure even heating. On the Beef Pepper steak the additional heating time made the rice turn mushy. If you are MRE enthusiast I strongly recommend trying these meals.

Handy and Quick Meal
I bought these to test out for my camping expeditions. I would rate, so far anyway, on about the same scale as an actual MRE, or maybe a bit less than Mountain House meals. So I got this selection just to try out as many as possible, and have only gone through three different meals. They are tasty and based on taste alone, rate them with four stars. The texture in the other hand, leaves a lot of room for improvement, and is equivalent to eating any 'mush meal'. The main protein in the meal was rather good, and I would give it a five for this sort of meal. The portion size, while adequate could be a bit bigger. Wife and I are currently trying everything in the selection, but I am planning on buying more for both prepping at home, and for quick meals when camping.

SO SALTY!!!!!!!!!
We really wanted to love these as the food looks so good and the packaging is very convenient for travel. However, we tried the stuffed chicken and the ribsteak tonight and they were so horribly salty we could not eat them. While we are not food wasters - we had to toss these out due to the over salting. A big waste of money ($9+ each meal) and horrible dashed hopes. We will update this review once we have tried the other meals but saddly - we are not very hopeful.

Not low-carb nor low-sodium
I purchased the 4-pack that was listed with the hook "low sodium".It turns out only the Chicken Tikka Massala package was indeed low-sodium and low-carb. Fantastic taste and nutrition. But the other packages were less healthy. E.g., the Beef Stuffed Cabbage package was rated 34 g of carbohydrates (26 g of sugar!)Crazy inconsistent. Am tired of searching and of disappointment.Looks like I'll be making my own meals.
