Mac Windows iPhone Android, this app is very cross platform and will protect you from threats you had no clue where even there. I love the 24/7 Threat Protection you can have enabled through the dark web, where you can add up to 10 emails which are constantly being secured by Nord which will contact you whenever there's a leak, or someone tries using your info which has your information in it. For example my mom has 14 new dark web leaks as of now tonight which came from her or my stepdad listing our house and contacting different realtors or real estate companies or agents that list and personal information of ours gets leaked to certain information dumps, different sites selling your info, name, address, SSN etc, and what your able to do is check the leaks daily and you'll see the companies or website that lets say is leak #1 i.e California Homes. Well I would go to their website and scroll down to the bottom and click on the don't sell my personal information and or email them clicking on the link which usually every company and site has where you can tell them your name and your email and ask them to completely delete any of your information that is published in the public without your permission and they will all fast as ever I have expected, most leaks are easy to contact, and fix solet by seeing what leaked. Been a Nordvpn customer for about 4 years. It hides your location and device address. Add multiple devices for 1 price. I think it is 8 devices. Cell phones, tablets, laptops, desk top computers and smart TVs. It is all automatic once you download for either Android or Iphone/Apple app. Download is idiot proof. I use my laptop in coffee houses on their wifi... Extremely dangerous if you device is not hidden. Nord has an automatic connection setting... So the moment you connect to the internet Nord turns it self on first. Great function. Speed is superb and always has been. I run a speed test monthly just to see. Nord customer service is also great. They get back to you and stay with you to resolve any issues you might have. If you order a VPN remember to order one where the Corp headquarters is NOT in the US. Courts and law enforcement agencies can obtain your records with a warrant with US headquartered companies. Foreign based companies do not provide information to the US Court system and/or police or FBI. Nord is located in British Virgin Islands. Nord security is always in the top 2 or 3 in the world. (no I do not work for Nord, I do my research). Nord is worldwide connected.

So this is my experience with NordVPN. I decided to switch after my prior VPN got bought out by a company with a shady reputation. Nord was supposed to be a top-of-the-line VPN, so I gave it a try. The software installed easily, and worked perfectly, until the next time I started my computer, and I had no internet connection at all. I had to delete the software to get internet back. On my Firestick, it was worse. The software not only blocked Firestick from connecting the next time I turned it on, but also messed up the wifi connection in the router, requiring a full factory reset and new set up of the router to get it working again. I never got it to work on Firestick, as I have such limited access to the real network settings there. Their customer service is a joke. You get to "chat" with their version of clippy, just as annoying and far less useful (didn't think that was possible). I never once got to talk to an actual human being, or receive any help in resolving the issues. It just sends you through an endless loop of generic advice that is useless. After a week of reading multiple web pages and dealing with trolls on message boards, along with digging into the software and Windows settings, I finally got it to work. I'm a pretty tech-savvy guy, but I haven't had to do so much work under the hood to get a program working since the 90's! In order to get it to reliably connect, I had to disable some of the features that made me choose this VPN to begin with. Two days later, they pushed an update, and it no longer works. The new update fails to connect no matter what settings I use, and reinstalling the original version I had just pushes the update again. This brings me to their other customer service fail. Their "30 day money back guarantee" is a lie. When it came time to get my refund for their failed service, I found there is no link to request it, and their terms of service specifically exempts the current term of service from a refund. As this is based in the BVI, there is no legal leverage from the US to get the money back. So I would advise anyone looking for a good VPN to stay far away from this one.

When you use NordVPN, they can’t see what you’re watching. The NordVPN app for Amazon’s FireTV was easy to find by just typing “Nordvpn” into the search box on the Home screen. Then click "install" and it just works. All you have to do is log in once, and it secures your connection. I never have any lag, buffering, or connection failures. It’s super simple to turn on and off and configure. There are no complicated decisions to make, and it just works. I highly recommend NordVPN.

This VPN is somewhat expensive but it is very secure. They have a no logs policy which is something I like. You can also use obfuscated servers if you'd like which is even more secure than the ordinary VPN servers. I have the NordVPN for both my Windows 10 PC and my Android phone. It doesn't work as well on my Android phone as it does on my pc. I have almost no problems with it on my PC. Occasionally it will slow my browsing down a little too much but this is easily resolved by switching to a different server. One thing that I don't like about it is that you can't watch Amazon Prime videos while your VPN is on so you have to turn the VPN off in order to watch Amazon Prime videos. As for my Android phone, I find that NordVPN frequently disconnects and reconnects which is very irritating. I'd prefer it to remain connected at all times.

I purchased the NordVPN Software to install on my FireTV 4K Sticks replacing the IPVanish software currently on them. I found the IPVanish was frequently getting frozen and/or dropping the connection for no apparent reason. Also, if the FireTV 4K Stick is rebooted or restarted, IPVanish WILL NOT Automatically restart itself and reestablish the VPN link even if you have checked the option for it to do so. Also, if VPN Connection is lost, FireTV 4K Stick will switch the connection back to your local ISP, and continue streaming instead of stopping like you would expect it to. NordVPN has the ability to completely enable itself automatically when booting up the FireTV 4K Stick WITHOUT ANY USER INTERVENTION!!! It takes about 1.5 minutes to cold boot the FireTV 4K Stick and connect to the VPN servers. NordVPN also claims to have a built in "Kill Switch" function which means that if the VPN connection drops for any reason, ALL DATA TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION STOPS, which is what you would expect it to do. At this point you can reestablish another connection if needed and start using the FireStick again. I'm assuming this works because after using NordVPN for a month or so on multiple devices, I have never lost connection to any of them. I monitor them with VPNSafetyDot software which is a little program that shows a colored dot on the TV Screen and will change from green to red if VPN connection is interrupted or broken. Overall, I'm very pleased with the software and believe it is a much better solution than my former IPVanish solution for my needs.

My immediate impression was that this might be a great app/VPN. Overall that is still my opinion, I believe that my dissatisfaction may be more with Windows. Once I installed NordVPN on my new HP Windows 10 laptop, my Samsung Galaxy 8, and my Kindle, I thought everything was fine. Then as I began attempting to use almost anything on my laptop I was denied access. Meanwhile my Samsung (uses Chrome OS), and my Kindle were just running along like a pair of champs. When I tried to connect to the web on the laptop, I was told that I had no connection. While my wireless worked fine on SS/Kindle. I'm certainly no computer guru but tried everything in my limited knowledge base. After 2 days of trying to get my wireless reconnected on the Windows system, I decided to uninstall NordVPN from the laptop only. As soon as I did I was able to reestablish a connection and use the Internet. Clearly, this was a problem with the computer, Windows, or NordVPN. My money is on Windows because I've had no problems with the other two devices, and I have continued using the VPN as well as trying out the "Swiss cows" search engine. So, if can deal with Windows or use another OS, my initial review would be to try it out to see if it will suit your needs.
