But after my 2 year old accidentally locked me out of the house, I knew I had to come up with a plan. I went back and forth between the rock ones or the garden statue ones. But I worry that those might be typical spots for an intruder to look. Then I came across this sprinkler one and thought it was brilliant. Who would ever think to look inside a sprinkler for a key? Mine arrived today and it’s perfect. I love that you can hang the keys under the lid as you easily twist it on and off. The item is made of plastic so I’m not sure how durable it is but I’m fine with it. I decided to hide mine in our garden so that it looks more like a sprinkler I might use to water my flowers. I read some people like to hide money as well, but I’m not sure if this one is water/leak proof so be careful.
