Quit leaving those reps on the table. **Q: does this have gluten in it** A: Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me! **Q: My container did not have a scoop in it. How much powder to I use for a shake?** A: It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container...
