Excellent Seafood Steaming/Boil Pot
I used the hell out this pot all summer great for seafood steam or boil. Holds the heat well to ensure a consistent temperature. Holds a lot seafood to include 20 lbs of whole lobsters at one time. Makes it easy feed 35+ people all at once. No one had to wait I was turning out tables full of hot steaming seafood every 15 - 20 minutes. This is exactly what I was looking for.
