Size:M70 Weight: 140 – 238 pounds This comfortable, re-useable waterproof full-arm cast and dressing protector can be easily slipped over your cast to provide protection in the bath or shower. Its self-sealing band allows the arm to be fully submerged. The protector features a cellular neoprene seal, which has a wide area of contact and therefore does not pinch the skin or feel constrictive. The main body is made from a pliable waterproof PVC/nylon mesh, which is roomy and slip resistant. It also contains an antimicrobial treatment, which provides protection against bacterial and fungal attack. The protectors will last, on average, eight weeks with normal use. We recommend that these cast protectors are only used for 20 to 25 minutes at a time. Because they are airtight, the cast or dressing can become quite warm, causing sweating. Circumference is measured at the top of the arm, which is where the seal will grip. This dressing protector is not suitable for use with open or undressed wounds. The product is British designed and manufactured, with patents for design and manufacturing process granted or in process. Latex free.

Perfectly protects my PICC line in the shower
Worked right the first time. Easy to use, does not leak, does not require two people to put it on. Squeeze the air out before you get it in hot water. Cannot say whether or not it is waterproof if submersed, but it's great being able to shower semi-normally when I want and without assistance. Wrapping in plastic and tape is a real nuisance and not effective in the long run. This device is. It just plain works.Six weeks after I bought this and the Seal Tight version of the same thing, I tried on the Seal Tight just to be sure I had a working alternative. I couldn't pull in onto my arm without ripping my PICC line out by the roots or by re-engineering the hard rubber seal with a set of shears. Too late to qualify for a return, I just put the Seal Tight into the donations bag and ordered another Limbo. Nothing lasts forever, particularly if I leave it in a hotel room or if, after multiple daily uses, it should begin to fail. I don't expect it to form a perfect seal forever, but maybe it will. The point is that this thing works so well I can't afford to be without it.

Not necessarily "full arm"
This didn't fit on my arm (adult male) when I had a cast that went past my elbow. The opening wasn't nearly wide enough to get around the bend in the cast. We had to buy a leg cover to fit. Once my cast got changed to a smaller one (for broken wrist) this worked fine though.

Worked Perfectly after elbow surgery!
Had surgery for tennis elbow and this covered my arm for 2 weeks in the shower until I got my stitches out. The initial bandages around my elbow made it a little difficult to get on the first couple of days but after they changed the bandages to something less bulky it was easy to get on and off. This worked so much better than trying to put a plastic bag around my arm as I had to go above the elbow and could only use my left hand to put it on. I had purchased a DryPro Waterproof Full Arm Cast Cover about 10 years ago for wrist surgery and tried to use it again 6 years ago for my first elbow surgery and it didn't work at all the second time, kept letting water in. This product kept my arm completely dry!

Excellent product for it's purpose
As another post mentioned, the greatest thing we hope to never have to use again. At first, I was skeptical because the gasket looked like it was loose fitting. Boy was I surprised! After weeks of showers to cover bandaging from having a plate in the arm, there was never an instance of moisture getting into the cover. A high quality product that saved tons of time over plastic bags and tape.

Works well, and comfortable to put on and take off
Works well, and much easier to use than products where you put your arm through a hole in a rubber or silicone diaphragm. The water sealing band is made from neoprene with a layer of cloth bonded to it on the outside. This means that when it is pulled on over a cast the band inverts so the cloth layer slides over the cast, so it is low friction. After pulling it on (and the band is gripping your skin) then tug the cover down slightly so the band flattens out and grips your arm, so the cloth layer is on the outside and the rubbery side is gripping your skin. To take it off just roll the band slightly over the clear plastic, and it then slides very easily over the cast.I bought this and the Seal Tight ORIGINAL Cast and Bandage Protector, Best Watertight Protection, Adult Long Arm, and this was by far the better product. The Seal Tight ORIGINAL Cast and Bandage Protector has a rubber diaphragm, which is really difficult to slide over a cast because it grips the cast tightly, so there is a lot of friction and it takes a lot of force to slide it on and off. I found it quite painful to use because of this. The Limbo cover was the exact opposite, and kept my cast completely dry for the 3 weeks I was in it. Highly recommended.

Covers the Subject Quite Well
This was the perfect choice when I had surgery on my arm. No leaks and I was able to shower without fear of compromising the site of the incision. The material is very substantial-not cheap and flimsy. It is long enough to cover most of my arm- and I have long arms! I plan to use it again for the upcoming surgery on my other arm.

May Cost a Bit More, But Worth It!
I broke my wrist and was set on making the other areas of my life a little easier. I read all the reviews and didn't pay attention to price. I figured a month of showering with a dry cast was worth every penny. This item was excellent. I never got one drop of water on my arm. I have long hair, that takes a bit to shampoo, this thing held up. My only criticism is that it is very long. Doesn't really matter but a little bulky. Buy this to stay dry.

Works well - instructions could be better.
Even with post surgery swelling, it goes easily over my brace/cast from my hand to bicep. Keeps me totally dry. Not sure instructions are that accurate. You should just roll the rubber seal to the outside (so it doesn't touch your cast at all), slide it on, then roll the seal down. Works great and I can do it without assistance.
