I bought 3 of these for work not knowing anything about the brand. It's a machine shop so the more black appliances you can get the better off you are. If it's white it will show every dirty finger print and never come clean. These work really well, they are quiet, heat things quickly, and it's a joy to see people try to open them that have no idea where the button is for the latch release. These are a great buy for an everyday microwave. They aren't overly huge or to small. We have all 3 lined up next to each other on a stainless table.

No complaints with this microwave. We needed something very small for our tiny kitchen and it works perfect. The childlock feature will be helpful when my youngest starts walking. We were able to mute the beeping which is amazing because I cant stand beeping microwaves. Overall this is a great little microwave if you're looking for something small, but mighty.

After using this for a week, I can say it performs great and looks fine. It heats stuff up faster than my last Emerson.FYI, I use it mostly for tea, soup and the occasional melting of chocolate. It does a great job on all, though I have to use shorter heat installments for the chocolate so as not to burn it. The mirrored front is a minus for me as it is a canvas for fingerprints, especially around the door handle. The child proof latch is not an issue. They send all kinds of info on how to disable it, which I did right off the bat. I really like the simple, large number pad and intuitive power and time setting features. So far, I'm very happy with this microwave and can recommend it highly if you are okay with fingerprints.

I love this microwave! It looks sleek, is decent size without being bulky and works great for the variety of foods I've cooked. But, more than that I really appreciate the mute option cuz the loud beeping bugs me. AND.... a feature I didnt know I needed... a child proof door! I dont have kids but I am tired of stiff push buttons and doors hard to pull open. This feature is a trigger button inside the handle that you press to unlock and open.

The media could not be loaded. This Chefman microwave has been a great addition to our space. It heats up quickly, the functions are easy to use, and the touch panel is very responsive. The design is compact but still spacious inside. It also blends well with any kitchen or office decor. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something functional, modern, and efficient.

Perfect fit works great good deal

It heats food well, but with 2 issues:1. What engineer thought it was a good idea to have the "ding, food's ready" tone blare an obnoxious five times in a row, & each blare lasts an obnoxiously long time at an obnoxious, piercing volume? One quick ding is enough. Good thing I missed those first four dings but caught the fifth one blaring in my face as I'm standing alone in my kitchen. I suppose if you need a microwave for your loud commercial kitchen, or for a house filled with screaming kids, the repeated piercing screeches might be useful. For everyone else, wear ear protection. I'm looking through the owner's manual to see if there's a way to reprogram the dings.2. I learned the hard way that the microwave won't work properly in an enclosed space, like a kitchen cubby hole built into the cabinets to fit a microwave. The microwave vent on the side needs open space (at least 6 inches) to release the heat. Otherwise, the microwave automatically shuts off halfway through cooking until it cools off enough to reset the internal circuit breaker. So it's suitable for countertop or open shelf placement, but not for a confined cabinet.

Easy to use. Small scale microwave. I don’t use them much. Mostly for reheating. It’s very straightforward to use. Takes up minimal counter space which I like. I got the black color as my appliances are black. Great value for price and size.
