I was looking for a gluten free baking soda. Gefen said it’s product was gluten free. So I’m going to use it, primarily for baking and cooking, but also for any cleaning times necessary. I use a paste of water and baking soda to scrub surfaces like a cleanser. Have to be careful, and not scrub paint off.
