Very nice product. Great quality. Works on all kinds of surfaces. I have tried it over my carpet bed room floor and hardwood floor in the kitchen as well. It slides perfectly over both surface. I been doing body weight training for years, this is definitely a very good work out gear to have. It helps to exercise you arms, back, chest and core in so many variations. It absolutely adds a lot more aspects to my training. Such as horizontal and vertical pushups. And they are very light easy to carry for travel or to gym. Highly recommend this one.

Don’t slide
They are very thin and flat. They were the cheapest one on the market but don’t work. Don’t waste money and spend few more $$ for something that actually work.
