Package was badly damaged and some screws and nuts etc were missing. I ordered 2 of these and both were in a similar condition. However there is no apparent damage to the parts that were received. Considering returning item.

Easy to put together good and sturdy should last a long time and I brought to of them

The packaging of this item clearly showed it had been a returned item. The zip ties which assumingly once held the items together were all cut off, the bolts, nuts and washers were lose in the package, and therefore missing 10 bolts, 6 nuts and 6 washers. Luckily our maintenance team had some extras in their shop. The metal frame had been bent causing the holes to not line up correctly. I had to install one of the wheels incorrectly as one brace was bent. The inner screwing mechanism on one of the frames did not work properly so is not holding the pole as tightly as it should. I am uncertain if the product was damaged from whoever had and then returned it or if it is just poorly made.Disappointed, but needed the cart for storage and didn't have time to wait for a new one to be sent.

Missing one of the main polls no instructions if I want my money back, I have to send this gigantic box back to China. Don’t waste your money.

I did receive the product early but some of the parts were bent, distorted and rusted and because I dislike sending stuff back, I was able to put together one side completely and added the wheels on the other side to make it work.

One of the top curved bars were was missing out of the box. Over all good cart I would like it better if it wasn’t missing a piece.
