MirorTag Gold Holder + Storage Magnet from JL Safety- Handicapped Parking Placard Holder & Protector

As promised, the product is very sturdy. My PA placard fits perfectly. It is very easy to put the placard in place -- snaps right to the magnet. A little twist removes it just as easily. I am very glad I got the heavier weight Gold version. My only issue was with the storage magnet -- I don't really have a good place to install it in my car, and I don't think I cleaned the right area when I applied it because it did not stick. A larger sticky area (like a patch) would have been helpful. However, this does not affect the usefulness of the product. If the storage magnet is not important to you, just get the Gold version that does not include it.Update 2015-- I purchased this item in 2013. Two years later, my placard is still good as new, and the nice heavy-duty plastic on the tag holder is still clear. I keep it in the car at all times, winter and summer.

This permit holder was the answer to my problems. I have my permit displayed at work and my apartment building parking lot, so it is constantly exposed to the elements. The sticker was coming off, and it was curling up and cracking. With the Gold MirrorTag holder, my permit is protected and no longer has those problems. It attaches very easily- as easily as raising your arm! The hook fixes easily to my rear view mirror, and the hook isn't visible when not in use. You keep the hook on the mirror and the magnets find each other and do the work for you. The magnets are already mounted so you just slide the permit into the holder and you're all set. It displays from the mirror, so you don't have to worry about correct placement under the law. It is absolutely wonderful. I've had friends that buy other holders and they have to keep replacing them. This holder will never need replaced. It's that good. I'm grateful for the product. Shipping was fast and well packaged. I am so glad I found this, and have recommended them to my friends that use less effective holders.

strong magnet plastic is thinner than previous purchase

This is a great item. Protects the placard from bending, dirt and actually fading. Easily click into place on the powerful magnet. The only problem I had was that the magnet itself on it's hanger did not fit around my mirror easily. Most mirrors on newer cars are more than an inch in diameter. I wish I had ordered the hanging magnet on the chain at the same time. I did do that later and it worked so much more efficiently. Would hightly recommend this and would definitely purchase again.

This handicap parking permit holder is so handy and easy to use. I just hold it near the magnet and it clamps on so no more trying to hook the holder on the mirror. So far I love it!

I love the car tag holder! My rear view mirror has a short "neck" that doesn't allow anything to be hung from it. I put one magnet on the back of the rear view mirror and the other on the tag holder. The magnets are so strong all I need to do is hold the tag holder behind the mirror and the magnet grabs it and holds it strong. Yet, it is so easy to slip it off when I don't need it. I look at other people's tags and they all look old and wrinkled while mine is bright, straight and can't be missed! I highly recommend anyone needing a disable tag for their car to get a MirrorTag Gold Holder.

Works like a dream! Just wish I could find more magnets to allow vehicle swapping.

Product is good quality but did not come with storage holder. Still waiting on response from company
