Very bad. This cream doesn't make any difference in face. Waste of money

Tube very lightly filled as new product
The first day I open the product the tube is 25-30% vaccumed or empty. Why a brand new cream would be like this? This is fooling the customers . I should be refunded half price at least. Not satisfied
