Cost savings because you do not need a spring nut to secure. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by D***N on 15 September 2025* These are designed for full height ready strut, I used them on half height, but also used extra strut for mounting, they worked great on my enclosed trailer conversion, I did need to cut off the extra length on the clamp bolt so the bolt doesn't impact the roof, they worked great, 345 watt panels running the length of the trailer 6 clamps per side, first clamp near the front 6" so it won't have lots of force to pull the panel up.
