24x40 Cabin W/loft Plans Package, Blueprints, Material List

We are starting to build our new home and going over the material and blueprints this makes an excellent decision with easy to understand instructions for a sturdy good home

I like the easy-to-read and orderly fashion of the plans.....HOWEVER....there are a few things missing....not the least of which is an UPSTAIRS frame-up design...necessary for submission in obtaining a building permit. It's going to cost several hundred dollars to correct and get these up to snuff.There are also no sheer or load specs. I hope I don't have to have them architecturally stamped...another $2000.00-3000.000.I love this house and want to build it. Does anyone have any of these things I mentioned on their plans set?

The plans are complete and detailed enough to actually build the cabin, and the materials list is exhaustive. The only problem, in my opinion, is that the reduction of the blueprints to fit on typing paper seriously diminishes the clarity of the plans. You may need a magnifying glass to accurately read see some of the “small stuff.”

This cabin plan was what we had been searching for. We love the quality and the price for the blueprints

I fit the bill for our needs at this time. We did not price out the supply list.I did wish the author had provided the footing detail for the block wall foundation. It is referenced in the notes but is not in the drawing.

A nice, simple set of 8 1/2 x 11 drawings to frame up a home. I really like the materials list to get pricing from suppliers including interior amenities.

Exceeded my expectations! Very detailed materials list, awesome floor plan, and just got approved by my lender for a construction loan. Highly recommend
