Decent device at a reasonable price point, but has usability issues
I wanted to like this device. It has a good form factor, running Windows 11, with a reasonable amount of memory and storage. I opted for the ruggedized model since I'm clumsy. I worked with the device for several days but decided to return it. Setup was easy. You'll have to download a fair number of updates. If you're coming from an Android Phone based experience, or even a Windows 11 PC experience, you may want to re-consider your needs related to a touch-screen tablet. I found the device to be heavy (likely due to the hard outter ruggedized shell); slow performing; and just difficult to use due to Windows 11 - its really not optimized for a tablet/phone like experience. The main concern is that very few appliations are availabe in the Microsoft App Store and you have to run them as a full standing website! Ugh! Newspapers like Wall Street Journal and New York Times discontinued their Windows apps versions, so you have to load the full site under a browser and scroll around to find stuff. Ugh! Things like Bluesky or Facebook - nope, no app. If you're doing anything with audio (like Duolingo), the speakers are not all that loud at full volume - you'll need ear buds. Again, I think the device itself is pretty decent overall - however, I wouldn't suggest the heavy ruggedized version unless you're on a job site, and the Win 11 performance and design is slow and clumsy in comparison to a mobile experience. This isn't a streamlined casual user experience unless you need primarily a full fledged website experience.

Surprised About the Quality
I am impressed. The speed of the unit is faster than I expected and the screen is nothing short of impressive. Availability of drivers is an issue - they require that you take pictures of your unit before making drivers available. I am retiring and plan to do some traveling, so the weight savings versus my laptop will make my backpack much easier to carry.

Better Description
Product didn't meet the description. I misread.

Not a speed demon
Tablet is a great lower tier device, will do what you need but expect it to NOT be like a gaming computer in performance. If you don't have a PD outlet on your power brick, you are stuck with slow charging through an older style cylindrical power cable (think old timey flip phone or earlier). The rugged case is just that, rugged and tough.

Works good
So far it's good. Iv only had it for a few days but dose as it should. Getting it to load up the first time was a bit tricky tho. The onscreen keyboard was not that good at first in the start up. But in windows it's just fine
