MAYBESTA Wireless Mini Microphone for iPhone - Lavalier Lapel Mic for Audio Video Recording - Clip on Content Creator Microphones for YouTube Tiktok Podcast Vlogging(Lightning Only)

Perfect! Great price. Works really well and surprisingly super easy to use. Like a plug and play. It reduces a significant amount of background noise in the room and enhances the speakers voice so clearly. It comes with the fuzzy muffler, but couldn’t tell a difference with or without it. The shirt clip is convenient. All around a great product at a great price.

I really like this microphone. It is small, easy to use, and comes with different accessories for recording. The sound quality is clear, and it works great for videos, TikTok, YouTube, and livestreams. I also like that it includes both Lightning and USB-C options, which makes it convenient for different devices. Overall, a good microphone for the price and very useful for creating content.

’m very happy with this wireless microphone. It is easy to connect, lightweight, and comes with several useful accessories. The sound is clear, and the windscreen helps reduce background noise when recording videos. It’s a great option for creating content, voiceovers, interviews, or social media videos. Good quality and very convenient to use!

Easy to use and great battery, but wind noise can be an issue I really like these wireless mini microphones for making videos! They are super convenient and user-friendly—you just plug the receiver into your phone, clip on the mic, and they are working in less than a second. Ease of Use & Versatility: They are very easy to clip onto your clothes, and I love that you can turn the clip around to wear them on either the left or right side, or straight up. Portability & Battery: Setup is instant and I take them everywhere with me. (Note: Since it comes with two mics, it's great for content creation, though I haven't tested them for two-person interviews yet). The battery also lasts a really long time—I don't normally have to recharge them after every video session. Range: While I haven't tested them at great distances, I've used them up to about 10 feet away from the phone with no issues. Sound & Background Noise (Why 4 stars): While audio quality is generally good, you can still catch a fair amount of background noise—especially wind. It feels about a 60/40 split on whether background noise creeps in, and I haven't noticed a major difference between the foam cover and the fuzzy wind muff. Accessories: It didn't come with a carry bag, so you will want to grab your own case or pouch to keep all the pieces together. Overall, it's a great tool for content creators, but be mindful of outdoor wind noise!

I loved this wireless microphone, the sound quality is excellent, it is heard clearly and with very little noise. It is easy to connect and use, in addition to bringing different adapters that make it compatible with various devices. The size is compact and is very practical for recording videos, broadcasting or creating content. Excellent value for money.

I’ve been using this wireless microphone for creating content and it has been really convenient. It’s easy to connect, simple to use, and the audio sounds clear in my videos. I also love that it’s small and portable, so I can easily take it with me when I’m filming. Great option for content creators!

Light, compact, good value. Doesn't work with my Google Pixel 10 XL. Works great with my Samsung, but unfortunately I purchased it for my Google phone.

I tested five wireless lapel mics for iPhone in January, 2023 because I needed to find the best on the market for under $100. I’m a semi-professional videographer that producers outdoor instructional videos for work. MayBesta wireless microphone is the cheapest of the 5 wireless mics I reviewed, likely due to the fact that it has no charging case. Instead, you plug the mic directly into power to charge it. In the sound quality, MayBesta ranked only slightly below the excellent CZHiYANG. MayBesta recorded my voice loud and clear with virtually no distortion or treble hiss. The microphone sensitivity remained strong clipped to my lapel and within a 1 foot radius of my mouth when I placed the mic inside a sound muffle box. With a loud white noise app producing the sound of raindrops hitting a tin roof 20 feet away, the microphone did not pick up the sound before and after my words, however, when I was speaking, you could hear the sound slightly coming through behind my words. It apparently cancels ambient sound when there is no speaking to record. It was the only mic I tested with a side-facing clip, which allows you to position the mic so that it doesn’t bump your chin. Clipped to my lapel, the mic may be slightly too sensitive, leading to slight bass distortion. Most users will not find this to be a problem. I recommend this mic as a budget option. CZHiYANG wireless microphones for iPhone iPad android is the best of five wireless microphones I tested. The CZHiYANG recorded my voice loud and clear with absolutely no distortion or treble hiss. The microphone sensitivity remained strong clipped to my lapel and within a 1 foot radius of my mouth, when I placed the mic inside a sound muffle box, which I sometimes must use outdoors. Surprisingly, with a loud white noise app producing the sound of raindrops hitting a tin roof 20 feet away, the microphone did not pick up any of the sound. This is a remarkable drop off of sensitivity and exactly what I require. This product receives my highest recommendation and will be my new wireless microphone. HOTEK J10 DSP noise reduction wireless microphone The HOTEK was difficult to pair, and then recorded with a mild tinny hiss behind my voice. It also digitally compressed my voice, slightly distorting it. The HOTEK could not reduce the sound of a white noise app producing the sound of raindrops 20 feet away. I do not recommend this product. BILIYIP Wireless Lavalier Microphone (Same as old LAWYAMAI Wireless Lavalier Microphone) These are all the same Chinese mics under different brand names. I have used this mic extensively for two and a half years,, both in my studio and on location. Two years ago, I found this mic better than most competitors. But now there are newer mics on the market that beat this one. Honestly, one out of 4 mics will be broken straight from the box and you will need to return it for a replacement. But when they work, they work well. The microphones are highly sensitive and pair very easily. There is an extremely slight trouble hiss, which I found acceptable, (though my new preferred mic, the CZHiYANG, has eliminated this hiss.) As for the “intelligent” noise canceling, it is virtually nonexistent. The microphones are extremely sensitive and will pick up ambient noise. I have subjected them to droppage, rain, and backpacking for miles, and sometimes the mics die on you. I found that I always had to carry a couple of spares. Lightning Wireless Microphone (no brand name, but the words Rocky Mars Wireless Microphone MK06 appear on the side of the box) This was the worst of the five microphones I tested. The tinny hiss behind my voice sounded like loud radio interference. It also digitally compressed my voice, badly distorted it. The mic could not reduce the sound of a white noise app producing the sound of raindrops 20 feet away. I empathetically do not recommend this inferior product. Disclaimer: I have found that wireless mics generally have a short lifespan and are prone to malfunction, sometimes right out of the box. I don’t expect them to last more than six months of heavy use, and I always have 2 spares when I’m on the road working. I wrote this long review because I want to support mics that work well, in the hopes that inferior ones cluttering the market will die out due to natural selection.

The MAYBESTA Professional Wireless Lavalier Lapel Microphone is a game-changer for iPhone and iPad users. The cordless design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to move freely while recording. The sound quality is excellent, and it's easy to set up. Whether for interviews or video content, this microphone delivers clear and professional audio. I highly recommend it!
