It's ok, I've had much better.
Vendor took my first review down because I mentioned where you can get truly great, gourmet toffee. So that's not in this review. This hard toffee is somewhat better than you can get in a Score bar or Heath Bar in the grocery store (strike the names if you like). It's good, but i certainly would not consider it gourmet quality. The toffee is thin, and less flavorful than the real deal. The chocolate topping is about the same quality as in a Hershey's milk chocolate bar. The amount of nuts was less than half that shown in the picture of the professionally modeled toffee.Oh, and it's expensive for what you get because of added shipping. But you're going to get that elsewhere too.

tasty but arrived broken and melted
The taste of this toffee is just awesome. Unfortunately, I live in south Florida and it (3 boxes) arrived broken and somewhat melted. It doesn't affect the flavor, but I can not give the other two boxes as Christmas gifts because the candy is all broken up inside and melted together. I was worried about this because of the heat down here but we have had a couple of weeks of cool weather. I don't know what happened but I will not order again.

Waayy too sweet
This is the second time I've ordered this toffee. The first box was great. This box, not so much. It tastes way too sugary sweet (melts in mouth like a sugar cube -- not a pleasant sensation!) and the chocolate tastes almost like a second thought. Won't order again.

As good as homemade!
I recently bought Tungsten toffee as a birthday present for my mother, who's a great baker and candy maker, and the report is this toffee is as wonderful as her own.I used to buy Littlejohn's toffee (good but not 100% butter) but finally baulked at the exorbitant delivery charge--half as much as the candy, itself--and took a chance on Tungsten. Happy i did and just bought another batch as a Christmas present for my brother.

Drooling while writing this lame review
So delicious. Im lactose intolerant really shouldnt consume any toffee or milk chocolate and after gifting these to my bf i could not help myself. The uncomfort and time spent in the bathroom was worth it.

Toffee, or not Toffee
The flavor was nice but, the toffee was hard as a rock. If you wanted to let it dissolve like a hard candy, you may like it. The best toffee should be crunchy but it shouldn't feel like it could break a tooth. Other reviews raved about it; maybe I received a old batch that went stale and became petrified. I don't believe I will take a chance in buying again.

Once you go Tungsten, you won't go back
I bought this for our family's certified toffee expert for her birthday in November. She loved it so much, she put in on her Christmas list. I have not found a better toffee. The quality, flavor and freshness are outstanding. You owe it to yourself to try this.
