Cleans really well but I had to scrub with a brush.
Got the vinyl siding on our larger mobile home very clean. It was NOT spray on and off for me. Kept leaving mildew and stains behind. I got a long handle scrub brush with medium soft bristles, used a bucket with the cleaning solution added to warm water, and a tall step ladder and scrubbed the house down. Took a few hours. Our 25 year old siding, soffits, trim and gutters came out looking like new. I used Dawn dishwashing liquid two years ago and this product worked slightly better than Dawn. Also one of the dispenser tops refused to allow any sort of pressure out of our hose. It just kind of dribbled out. I replaced it with another one I had lying around.

Amazing results on my white pergola!
I generally don’t write reviews, but once in a while you come across a product that works so well it practically forces you to write one. ❤️ This is definitely one of those products! I used 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner on my white Costco pergola, which had built up a lot of green algae, mildew, and dirt. The difference is incredible — the before and after photos speak for themselves. It removed years-looking grime with surprisingly little effort and brought the pergola back to a clean, bright white. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a dramatic difference. Definitely recommend it for outdoor surfaces with algae and mildew buildup!

It works
Just ends up being a bit pricy however does the job. Still worth it since I didn’t have to scrub a thing and the results still look great.

Was skeptical but it worked amazing!!
Ps- bleaches your clothes so don’t be under even the sprays that comes off your house when doing upper floors! At first only saw it cleaned stucco but not completely the concrete. But as it sat and even AFTER I rinsed it off - it continued cleaning and when I came out an hour after I rinsed it - it was gorgeous!!!

Testing 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner: What I Learned
In the past, I’ve used a power washer to scrub away nasty mold and grime from exposed concrete. But as the aggregate has started to show through, I decided to try a chemical approach instead. My goal was to kill the beast without further etching the concrete. I started with 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner, using the diluted solution through the hose-end sprayer. Unfortunately, it had minimal effect. Even with vigorous brushing—and eventually applying the product at full strength—the deepest staining simply would not budge. My next 30 Seconds project was tackling the buildup of krud along the lip of my gutter helmet. I was hoping the hose-end sprayer would provide enough reach to keep me safely off the ladder. 🪜 Unfortunately, I found that the product’s effectiveness diminished significantly as the distance increased. Once again, the solution seemed too diluted to effectively kill the green buildup. One additional observation: The product appears and smells very much like bleach, so I would use it cautiously around delicate plants and landscaping. Bottom line: The convenience of the hose-end application is appealing, but in my experience, the diluted solution lacked the strength needed for heavy, established staining and buildup.

Fabulous!
This product is fabulous! My husband wanted this for removing algae that had built up on our home and deck. This was due to some very humid weather in New England this summer. He attached bottle to a hose, sprayed on the multiple areas spotted with algae and yes, within 30 seconds areas were clean! No more algae - highly recommend!

Cleaned my yellow colored vinyl siding SO WELL and SO QUICKLy!
I have yellow-colored vinyl siding, and in reading the reviews, some colored sidings report fading and paint damage. Almost all positive reviews on here have been from white-colored vinyl. My siding is yellow, hence the concern. In being cautious, I first spot tested (solution and rinse) a very small, 8x10 picture-frame size on my vinyl siding. In case there was damage, it would be a very small spot. Waited an hour. It was fine/no fading. So I tested a larger area (1/4 of the wall). Waited a 2 hours for it to dry in the sun and still no fading! The video attached is the test spot of the larger area. I then proceeded ahead with confidence and finished the entire side. Literally, the algae and dirt faded in minutes before my eyes! By the time I got to the other end of the wall with the solution, the other side where I first started was already clear of algae and dirt! For colored vinyls siding like mines, please do spot test first, as every situation may vary. But please don’t feel discouraged—this positive review was with a yellow colored house! My siding has not been painted over to my knowledge, they are the original factory color. Perhaps the damage is happening to sidings that have been painted over? Pros and Con’s below. Pros, what I love about this product: You do not need a pressure washer. You simply just attach it to your water hose. This product was easy to work with and FAST at cleaning (literally within minutes!). It really does look great afterwards. Cons: Ideally you do need a long hose if your outside spigot is not conveniently located on the same side you’re washing. Nozzle must have a jet stream or similar option. The shower option you’d normally use on your nozzle to water your plants will not work. You also may need a ladder to reach up high. Jet stream could not reach the attic height siding of the house. Smells like bleach. Be careful around plants/lawn/open windows/ac units if they are right alongside your house. Cover your flowers & outside ac’s with a tarp or trash bag, and close all windows prior to hosing around those areas. Wear a mask if needed, as the smell could be strong for some folks. For me, only one side of my house needed to be washed down, and it took 2 bottles to do (honestly I could’ve used the 3rd bottle also for a more thorough wash around all the nooks and crannies). I bought the 3 pack. If I did my whole house (entire 4 sides, facia & front steps), I’d have to buy 10-12 bottles in total. Still cheaper than hiring someone to come out to pressure wash the house. I’ve gotten quotes up to $1200 to pressure wash my raised ranch, but buying 10-12 bottles to DIY is not something you can buy on a whim either ($50 for 3 bottles X 4 = 12 bottles is $200). Prevention. How long it will help the siding to stay clean is yet to be determined.

It works, results may vary, and a couple of tips!
My two containers both had leaks, so I think I got probably most of what I purchased, but some had definitely leaked out and they were slippery as can be! First let me say I started off by watching a lot of YouTube clips! I own an electric power washer, and vinyl siding, and have used it ever since I switched from a gas pressure washer, and it takes a couple hours to get it done, with of course the fear of blowing off a piece of siding, which has happened even being 90° to it it still happens! So I was very interested in this product! And it works... But at first I use the default setting because the siding isn't very high off the ground, and I didn't see any bubble action, kind of that soapy action... So I went ahead and pulled the red pin/cap, and immediately saw the action, this is from about 4 to 6 ft away, soaked the whole building, on full blast with the red cap pulled you'll only get a couple of minutes out of this! It will go fast! And the way you can tell you're getting to the end, as it'll start sputtering, and you'll look down and see your canister almost collapsed! So if you don't take note of this, you might just be rinsing off the stuff you applied! Which I think happened with my first jug! Because the results were not remotely impressive! Like at all, except for an area at the far corner where I had long sprayed it, and I think the fluid had time to work. Next is, pull the red cap anyway! You can regulate the flow by that same twisty handle! If you go 50% to rinse(and again this is assuming you have used the whole amount of the jug! Empty!) Then then you get mostly that same effect from the first before you pull the red cap, then when you want the blast, just twist the handle all the way to full rinse! Which I did, to my disappointment. Okay, luckily I bought two jugs, though also unlucky because now spent more money than I should have on this! It's about 50% humidity, sitting around 90° with a 8 mph wind. I have huge shade trees, so also the sun's going down so plenty of shade. Let the first round kind of dry, hit it with the second jug, this time with the red cap pulled, and it did as one would expect, although not great in one area... Oddly enough the area I had good results with, with the first jug! Also if you do end up using it on decking, make sure you rinse it thoroughly, it is very soapy slippery, but it probably was going to be that way anyway if you had some green stuff sitting on it!

Mould cleaner
It’s called 30 seconds but you have to leave it on the surface being cleaned for 15 minutes. Works very well. I will definitely buy more.

Effective outdoor cleaning solution
I bought to bottles to do cleaning of external walls around my house. I found it extremely effective on algae, turning the algae from green to brown/yellow very quickly which I take is a good sign that it’s killing the algae, making it easy to subsequent removal. I also used it to clean mouldy walls and it was also very effective. The bottles came with a hose attachment but it wasn’t compatible with my tap fittings as I am not in the US. However, I poured the solution into a handheld sprayer and sprayed the walls by hand and it worked well. Although you can hose off the solution with a garden hose, I recommend waiting a few minutes for the solution to work and then use a high pressure water hose. Wear a mask as it does give off some fumes. Worked well and I would recommend its suitability as described.
