Do the batteries come with? If not how many and what size does it take?

Yes batteries will come with the Buzz. However these are batteries from the factory and typically do not last long. Buzz takes x3 AAA Batteries (Triple A's).

Where does the battery go. How do you replace it if necessary?

Dear Barbara, the compartment for the batteries is behind the winds. The middle portion of the winds are detachable, for this purpose. I am offered a pre-owned toy in great working condition w/o original box. I just looked at it to answer your question. Thank you. All the best.

Is Andy's name written on his foot?

Mine did not come with the name on the foot, unfortunately.

How do you get the karate chop arm to go down? He's stuck with it up.

I thought mine was stuck too, but if you gently push his karate chop arm down to his waist, it should stick.
