A great product. I changed my normal beetroot product to this. It's more potent, it works, better lowers my blood pressure. You're supposed to take 2 capsules a day with food or water. It has no bad scent, it's easy to use.\n And the duration is 2 years before exploration, there's a lot number on the bottom of the bottle, any supplement you order for yourself, your child or your pet always make sure there is a lot number on the bottom or side of the bottle that is how you trace where the product came from, if there is no lot number on the product Throw it away because they're hiding something. This has a lot number on the product right on the bottom. It should always be near the expiration date. This seems to be an effective product. I am unable to take it twice a day or every other day because it seems to lower my BP. This would be good for someone who needs that support. However, my BP is already low average.

Absolutely the rose Bella organic beetroot it is sent from heaven it actually works and just within 3-4 days of taking it I've even skipped a couple taking two capsules in the morning with a full glass of water and I have so much more energy than I had and I'm sleeping better and it's just an amazing wonderful product you definitely need to try this

I guess they are what I thought was needed to help with a problem but it wasn't. no fault of this item but in my knowing what I was needing at the time. My Doctor gave me a solution as to what I needed

I noticed a difference within a few days, its not been quite a week. I take it in the morning with breakfast. I am looking forward to seeing results as time goes on. I am seeing no side effects at this point either. It's easy to swallow, organic and there is no scent or taste.

I have been taking beet root for about 6 months now and for me, I can see a difference in my blood pressure. My blood pressure from 119/66 - 135/82 with one 145 slips in. my doctor is happy with it, NO meds. I have had no side effects. I take 2 capsules in the morning and I will stay on them as long as I need to. They are easy to take, I have not seen any sleep problems. They do kind of taste like dirt but, I don't breath when swallowing them.
