I guess they are what I thought was needed to help with a problem but it wasn't. no fault of this item but in my knowing what I was needing at the time. My Doctor gave me a solution as to what I needed

This seems to be an effective product. I am unable to take it twice a day or every other day because it seems to lower my BP. This would be good for someone who needs that support. However, my BP is already low average.

I was wrong! After using this product for around a month or so did notice better blood pressure numbers and energy. No side effects no after taste and solid value for the money. Worth my subscription.

I took it for a few days but then I had to stop for histamine reasons. Going to go back to taking it but I believe this is going to be a good product and well worth the money!

I have been taking beet root for about 6 months now and for me, I can see a difference in my blood pressure. My blood pressure from 119/66 - 135/82 with one 145 slips in. my doctor is happy with it, NO meds. I have had no side effects. I take 2 capsules in the morning and I will stay on them as long as I need to. They are easy to take, I have not seen any sleep problems. They do kind of taste like dirt but, I don't breath when swallowing them.

Very effective. Helps with leg circulation and leg pain for my wife. Combination of beet root with exercise even more effective
