Years ago, when I visited Germany (from England) I thought the coffee there was wonderful. More recently I was disappointed to find that Italian-style espresso coffee had taken over. But good coffee is still available in Germany, and iI was delighted to find Dallmayr on Amazon. I buy nothing else.

... until you've tried Dallmayr. I tried just about every brand and type sold in Germany while living there, and Dallmayr is the only type I'd buy for the house. The others are good, certainly, but nothing beats Dallmayr. It took me a while to run across it, since there are other, larger-selling brands. But for me, you can't beat the taste of Dallmayr.
